You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must have actively tried to use our templates and have encountered unresolved issues that our support team couldn’t resolve. Your feedback is important to us, so please provide detailed constructive feedback on the issue to help us understand your concerns.

Please send us your refund request via email to support@reallyuseful.io with the reasons for your refund request, and relevant details about the issues your faced.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the feedback and issues mentioned. We may reach out to offer assistance to help resolve challenges before making final decision.

We are committed to making sure that we live up to our business name, in that we want to be really useful for you. If your issues can’t be resolved promptly, we will process an immediate refund.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method – please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account (dependant on your bank or payment provider).

We highly encourage you to reach out to our support team for guidance before requesting a refund. The majority of issues our customers face can be easily resolved with a little bit of input from us.

While reasons such as ‘This wasn’t what I expected’ or ‘I was looking for something else’ do not typically qualify for a refund, genuine issues will be reviewed thoroughly. By sharing constructive feedback, you’ll help us in bettering our platform.

To prevent misuse, please note that refunds are not eligible for orders refunded on the same day without attempting to implement our support team’s recommendations.
