Affiliate Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Really Useful Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Commission Structure
   Affiliates shall receive a commission of twenty percent (30%) on all qualifying sales directly attributable to their unique referral link. Commission shall also be payable on any subsequent purchases made by referred customers, for the lifetime of the customer, subject to these Terms.

2. Tracking and Attribution
   Customer referrals are tracked via cookies. Really Useful shall not be liable for any failure to properly track referrals due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other factors beyond its control. In the event of multiple referrals, the commission will be attributed to the first affiliate whose link the customer used.

3. Payment Terms
   Commission payments will be processed on a monthly basis, at the end of the calendar month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $10. Payments shall be made via Affiliates preferred payment method. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.

4. Prohibited Conduct
   Affiliates agree not to engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to misrepresentation, spamming, or use of unauthorized discount codes. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Program Modifications and Termination
   Really Useful reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

6. Termination of Affiliate Status
   Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, no further commissions shall accrue, but valid commissions earned prior to termination shall be payable in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Really Useful shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising from participation in the Program.

By registering for and participating in the Really Useful Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
